About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking and verifying orders for customers, conducting quality inspections, loading and unloading products, receiving and stocking merchandise, preparing orders for shipment, and adhering to safety protocols. You will also assist management with inventory counts and maintain the daily upkeep of the warehouse.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience with HVAC equipment in a wholesale distribution setting.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may substitute.
- Background in sales, operations, purchasing, or inventory management preferred.
- Mechanical or technical experience preferred.
