About the Role
As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will lead a team of Group Leaders to ensure effective inventory management, support safety initiatives, monitor productivity and quality control measures, create standard operating procedures, and develop training plans for staff. You will also work closely with the Operations Manager to meet customer expectations and address any issues promptly.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related program of study preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years’ experience in logistics management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
