As a Warehouse Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for selecting, training, and developing staff, establishing performance standards, monitoring operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also provide guidance and leadership to promote maximum performance, conduct performance appraisals, and implement changes to improve productivity.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Six (6) years of related experience, including one (1) year of supervisory/lead experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business.
- Background operating within a DEA regulated environment.
