Summary
Amentum is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Intern to support a government contract based in California, Maryland. This position is intended for transitioning military service members participating in the Department of Defense (DOD) SkillBridge Program.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Specialist Intern, you will perform a full spectrum of warehousing duties including receiving, inspecting, storing, preparing, shipping, and disposal of supplies related to Ground Supply operations. You will also use MS Office Suite, including Excel, and may operate non-tactical and tactical Government-owned equipment.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- 0-4 years of relevant, progressive experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
- HAZWOPER certification.
- Forklift experience and ability to obtain a forklift license within 45 days of start date.
