Summary
DataVox is seeking a Warehouse Technician to join their team in Dallas-Fort Worth. The role involves providing materials, equipment, and supplies through direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution services.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming shipments, inspecting shipments for damage, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring accuracy and quality control before shipping items. You will also coordinate with carriers for outgoing shipments and work closely with supervisors and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with an associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of warehouse and logistics experience, preferably in the professional services industry.
- Familiarity with warehousing concepts, practices, and procedures.
Preferred:
- Experience with Great Plains.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Effective communication/interpersonal skills.
- Strong safety management skills.
- Results-oriented team player.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
