About You
- High school diploma required.
- Strong customer service orientation with a minimum of two years experience in a customer service environment.
- Understanding of vendor warranty concepts and ability to research data.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in shipping or receiving processes including documentation.
- Core computer skills, including knowledge in Microsoft 365 business suite.
- Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Associates degree or equivalent technical training.
- Previous experience in a service, repair, or parts management center environment.
- Ability to read and understand parts schematics.
- Experience using SAP or similar CRM system.
