About the Role
As a Travel Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse, you will rotate between ICU and step-down units, providing care for critically ill cardiothoracic and vascular patients. Your responsibilities will include monitoring invasive lines, managing ventilators and chest tubes, and performing bedside procedures. You will work night shifts from 5pm to 5am, with a patient ratio varying from 1:1 to 3:1 in ICU and 4 to 5:1 in step-down. The role requires floating to other ICUs as needed.
About You
Required:
- Must have BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Background in care of critically ill cardiothoracic and vascular patients.
- Required license and certifications must be attached for submission.
- Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from facility; local candidates not accepted.
