About the Role
As a Business Development Specialist - Litigation, you will collaborate with team members to implement key initiatives for the assigned department and its attorneys. Your responsibilities will include supporting strategic planning, creating marketing collateral, training and mentoring junior staff, preparing materials for lateral recruiting, and managing directories and rankings. You will also work on thought leadership content, handle logistics for events, and track business development expenses.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of business development, sales, marketing or writing experience in a law firm or other professional services firm environment.
- Must reside within commutable distance to local office.
Preferred:
- Experience preparing responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and pitch materials.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
