About the Role
As a Watch Engineer, you will be responsible for operating a chiller plant with three 450 ton centrifugal chillers, maintaining mechanical systems, assisting in the upkeep of the NYSE cooling plant, and performing various maintenance tasks. You will also need to ensure a consistent flow rate of chilled and condenser water supply and be flexible to work overtime and shifts as required.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a mechanic in HVAC or plumbing.
- Q01 Refrigeration Operator certification.
- S12/S13/S14 Combination Standpipe/Sprinkler certification.
- CFC Universal Certificate.
Preferred:
- College degree or college courses in a related field.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong communication skills.
