As a Water Resources Planning- Practice Lead, you will be responsible for leading engineering services related to water resources planning, including water availability modeling and environmental flow studies. You will operate with integrity, provide vision and strategy, establish goals, and build positive client relationships. The role includes managing projects profitably, mentoring staff, and enjoying autonomy in business growth with potential for ownership.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of civil engineering, design, and management of water resources planning projects.
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- Strong business development skills and proven ability to win work.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills.
Preferred:
- Client contacts and relationships with local municipalities and water management authorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably.
- Strong desire to engage with clients in solving project problems.
