About the Role
As a Senior Associate in Wealth Management Tax Services, you will lead technology-enabled tax advisory services, drive digitization and efficiency improvements, analyze complex tax issues, mentor junior team members, and build strong client relationships. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards in tax deliverables and developing a thorough understanding of the business context.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2 years of experience in tax compliance or related field
- Demonstrated ability to meet CPA licensure requirements per state regulations
Preferred:
- Experience executing tax compliance deliverables for corporations and partnerships
- Strong collaboration skills with tax practitioners and business managers
- Proficiency in preparing federal and state tax returns
- Ability to prepare effectively written and verbal business communications
- Experience working with large data sets and utilizing data visualization tools
