About the Role

As a Web Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-performance landing pages, custom WordPress solutions, and marketing automation integrations. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to optimize the digital ecosystem and translate marketing strategies into compelling digital experiences.

About You

Required:

3-5 years of professional web development experience.
Expert-level WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, hooks, filters).
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
PHP development experience (object-oriented).
Git version control and collaborative development workflows.

Preferred:

Experience integrating marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
Understanding of marketing analytics and conversion tracking.
Familiarity with CRM integrations and data flow.
Experience with form builders and lead capture systems.
