As a Web Merchandising Associate, you will act as a project manager, leading efforts in site maintenance, seasonal launches, and product presentation. You will analyze sales data and web analytics to optimize site functionality and product tools, ensuring the accuracy of online inventory and providing excellent customer service.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising or digital marketing.
- BA/BS required.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Experience with web merchandising metrics and analytics.
Preferred:
- Understanding of project management tools and service software (JIRA, ServiceNow, Trello).
- ATG/BCC work experience beneficial.
