About the Role
About You
- Current and unrestricted CA RN license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Valid CA Driver's License
- Experience conducting assessments and Start of Care (SOC) - OASIS
- High level of clinical knowledge in home health care
- Experience with high acuity patients
- Experience working with an interdisciplinary team
- Case Management fundamentals
- Previous experience with IV Medication infusions
- Proficiencies initiating intravenous (IV) therapy
