About You
- Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program.
- Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check.
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English.
- U.S. work authorization.
- Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality.
- Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
- Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Physical endurance to complete required tasks.
