About the Role
As a Weekend Maintenance Supervisor, you will coordinate daily maintenance activities, lead troubleshooting efforts, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also support the development of your team through training and mentoring, while driving continuous improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance productivity.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred:
- Technical, vocational, or associate degree.
- Experience in multiple technical areas such as machining, electrical controls, welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
