About the Role
As a Weekend On Call RN, you will serve as the clinical touchpoint for patients and families from Friday at 5:00 PM to Monday at 8:00 AM. Your responsibilities include responding to urgent symptom needs, providing guidance, and offering emotional support. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure continuity of care and deliver high-quality nursing care per physician orders.
About You
Required:
- Current Georgia RN license.
- Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and automobile insurance.
- Clinical confidence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to comfort-focused care.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of clinical experience.
- Hospice or home health experience.
