About the Role
As a Weekend LPN, you will complete patient visits as needed, answer calls from patients, families, and customers, and work closely with a patient care team. You will be responsible for managing visits, documentation, and communication with healthcare professionals while advocating for hospice services.
About You
Required:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in good standing in the state(s) of practice.
- Great clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience in hospice care.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
