About the Role
As a Weight Checker, you will be responsible for verifying scales, performing visual product reviews, taking corrective actions for quality issues, and ensuring compliance with photo standards. You will communicate quality issues with various team members and oversee product weights in processing and packaging areas. Additionally, you will conduct audits and apply HACCP principles to maintain product safety and quality.
About You
Required:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to train others on use of scales and visual standards.
- Basic computer and math skills.
Preferred:
- Understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.
