Summary

About the Role
As a Wellness Assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients enrolled in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs, collect and review patient data, identify trends in RPM data, provide clinical support for diagnostic procedures, educate patients on RPM programs, collaborate with healthcare providers, and adhere to facility policies.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program from an accredited institution.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA).
- Previous experience working as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Preferred:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
