Summary
Finni Health (YC W23) is seeking a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Ontario, OH.
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will work 1:1 with children using individualized ABA treatment plans, teaching communication, daily living, and social skills. You will collect data, collaborate with supervising BCBAs, and support families through parent training and consistent communication. The role requires comfort in working within clients' home environments.
About You
Required:
- 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to client homes in Ashland.
