City of Kettering is seeking a part-time Iceguard to join their award-winning Parks Recreation and Cultural Arts team in Dayton, OH. The role involves providing high-quality customer service and ensuring safety at the Kettering Ice Arena.

As an Iceguard, you will monitor the arena area to prevent accidents, assist participants and patrons, enforce ice arena rules, and maintain cleanliness. Responsibilities include reporting incidents, controlling ice flow during injuries, and performing cleaning duties as directed. You will also learn to sharpen skates and patch holes in the ice, while ensuring regular attendance and carrying out assigned responsibilities.
