About the Role
As a WFM System Analyst, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional solutions, configuring rules, optimizing workflows, and providing support for Infor Workforce Management. You will lead or support full-lifecycle implementations, analyze current processes, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with labor regulations. The position requires collaboration with various departments to improve payroll-related processes.
About You
Required:
- 2-5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor WFM or other leading workforce management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in SQL for data investigation.
- Familiarity with Infor ION/IPA.
- Strong understanding of Time & Attendance including Accruals and Balance Management.
