About the Role
As a Winder, you will be responsible for inspecting various kinds of electro-mechanical equipment for damage, measuring and requisitioning replacement parts, documenting relevant data, dismantling damaged equipment, observing proper insulating techniques during rewinding, testing rewound equipment, and preparing reusable parts for rewinding. You will also be expected to maintain a professional relationship with co-workers and represent the company favorably in interactions with customers and vendors.
About You
Required:
- Experience in inspecting and repairing AC/DC electric motors.
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment and proper insulating techniques.
Preferred:
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Experience in documenting technical specifications and test results.
