About the Role
As a Wine Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, educating guests about the wine portfolio, promoting wine and non-wine products, and driving new memberships to the Wine Club. You will also host tastings, manage sales transactions, and maintain displays in the retail area.
About You
Required:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Enthusiasm for wine and interest in expanding expertise.
- Service driven with superior customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Preferred:
- Two or more years’ experience in a premium winery tasting room, hospitality setting, or retail sales position.
- Friendly, positive, and professional disposition.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
