Your Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Wireless Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Fresh Meadows, NY. The role involves supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates.
About the Role
As a Wireless Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in building a positive, customer-focused environment, help meet sales goals, coach team members, and ensure store operations align with company guidelines. You will also be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and supervising sales associates, as well as executing promotions and operational tasks.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile store.
- Proven experience in sales performance and team leadership.
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- Passion for wireless technology, retail sales, and customer service.
- Ability to travel to nearby locations within the assigned district if needed.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
