About the Role

As a Wireless Network Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and gathering requirements, performing site surveys, conducting wireless site surveys and RF spectrum analysis, and creating detailed documentation for network design and integration. You will work with senior engineers to implement wireless security protocols, test and evaluate networks, support firmware upgrades, and assist with capacity planning. You will also lead and direct the work of team members and subcontractors, staying updated with industry trends and standards.

About You

Required:

An active DoD Secret Clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience (5-7 years).
DoD 8570 IAT Level I or Level II compliance.
Experience in general networking and network administration.
Good technical writing skills with experience producing reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of telecommunication room (TR), CAT 6, crimps, and wiring standards.
Experience with site survey, site installation, and configuration of 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax Wireless Network equipment.
Exposure to enterprise wireless systems (e.g., Aruba, Cisco, Ruckus).
Understanding of wireless security practices and authentication methods.
Experience working aloft and understanding of OSHA rules for work on man lifts.
Ability to travel up to 85% of the time.
