Dell Technologies is seeking a Compliance Lab Manager to join their team in Franklin, MA. The role involves leading EMC, Safety, and Energy efficiency testing, providing technical oversight, and managing lab operations.

As a Compliance Lab Manager, you will lead the EMC, Safety, and Energy efficiency testing through technical oversight of testing services, research, and day-to-day lab activities. You will supervise the development of test plans, testing and troubleshooting, result analysis, and the preparation of technical documentation according to Dell’s Quality Assurance program and Industry Regulatory Standards. You will also work with other departments to enhance and modernize Regulatory testing and reporting capabilities. Responsibilities include providing team leadership, managing daily lab operations, ensuring efficient testing processes, maintaining lab accreditations, overseeing equipment calibrations, and ensuring all testing complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
