About the Role
As a Work Assignment Supervisor, you will oversee operators, monitor their fitness for duty, and determine daily staffing needs. You will build schedules, address day-to-day operational issues, and collaborate with staff to ensure efficient service delivery. Your responsibilities will also include managing union matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and producing detailed reports.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Four years of leadership experience in a relevant field.
- Valid Utah driver's license with no more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years.
Preferred:
- Associates Degree or two years of college education.
- Two years of work experience in the Transit industry.
- Two years of customer service experience.
