About the Role

As a Bilingual Tax Professional, you will help customers complete their taxes by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and managing product inquiries. You will utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers, and document interactions to maintain records. This is a virtual, customer-facing role requiring excellent communication skills.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred:

Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
Experience with video and audio communication tools.
