About You
- 5+ years of consulting or industry experience
- 2+ years leading EPM workstreams
- Experience on two Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM implementations/deployments
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Workday Adaptive certification or ability to complete relevant certification upon joining
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization
- Strong functional knowledge around EPM financial systems and processes
- Experience in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, and implementing practical business solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage small engagements
- Willingness to mentor junior staff
