- Hands-on experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning, including modeling, writing formulas, and report building.
- Deep knowledge of financial planning structures such as account hierarchies, dimensions, and attributes.
- Strong communication skills to partner with both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to take full ownership of the system while working autonomously and cross-functionally.
- Experience in a high-growth or acquisition-heavy environment.
