Summary
EisnerAmper is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join their team in Fort Myers, FL. The role involves leading implementation teams to assist customers in transitioning their budgeting activities to the Workday Adaptive Planning solution.
About the Role
As a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager, you will be responsible for implementing budgets, forecasts, and reports within the Workday Adaptive Planning suite. You will analyze financial models, consult with clients on best practices, lead requirements gathering meetings, and respond to client support inquiries. Your role will also involve troubleshooting client issues and reviewing product feature requests.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of five years of experience as an Adaptive Planning Lead with consulting implementation experience.
- Minimum of five full life cycle implementations with Adaptive Planning as a Lead or Architect and certification in Workday Adaptive Planning.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, MIS or an equivalent field.
- Experience in the accounting or finance field.
- Leadership skills and the ability to work with client personnel at all levels.
- Experience leading Adaptive Planning design and process alignment.
- Detailed understanding of Adaptive Planning processes and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Advanced/Expert Excel knowledge focused on modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
