Summary
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Workday Analyst to lead and support the Workday Recruiting module. This position reports to the Senior Manager, HR Systems and Analytics and plays a critical role in advancing the firm’s talent acquisition technology strategy.
About the Role
As a Workday Analyst, you will serve as the functional lead and subject matter expert for the Workday Recruiting module. Your responsibilities will include maintaining, optimizing, and expanding the firm’s Workday Recruiting capabilities, collaborating with Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will also lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of new functionalities, provide production support, coordinate testing, and develop training materials.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum 3 years of direct HRIS and Workday experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Proven Workday Recruiting configuration experience, including career site configuration and job requisition management.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred:
- DocuSign integration experience.
- Familiarity with integrations and downstream data flows (e.g., onboarding, background checks, reporting).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability.
