Summary
PwC is seeking a Workday Application Security & Controls Sr. Associate to join their team in Silicon Valley, CA. The role involves designing, implementing, and assessing security and controls for the Workday platform.
About the Role
As a Senior Associate in the Enterprise Application Risk team, you will simplify Workday security and controls for finance and HR functions, solve complex problems using knowledge of financial system design and security, mentor junior team members, and build client relationships. You will also develop a deeper understanding of business contexts and navigate complex situations to deliver quality work while maintaining professional and technical standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience in ERP controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing with a minimum of 1 year of experience with Workday
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Workday configurable security and FDM
- Experience interfacing with client roles across HR, IT, Finance, and Accounting
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements with emphasis on ICFR
- Ability to collaborate with systems integrators
- Experience integrating internal control practices across Workday business cycles
- Experience working with customers to understand security objectives
- Experience supporting Workday security implementation and product configuration
- Experience actively participating in Workday Community
- CISA, CRISC, or CGEIT certification
- CPA
- Workday Certification (HCM, FINS, Payroll, integrations, Extend, Reporting, PM)
