Summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Federal – Talent, Learning and Recruiting Senior Consultant to join their team in McLean, VA. The role involves delivering Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and leading clients through system implementations.
About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of the Workday Practice, responsible for leading clients through all phases of system implementation, including business process discovery, design, configuration, and testing. You will coach clients, configure the Workday system, deliver project documentation, and communicate project risks to leadership.
About You
Required:
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of consulting or industry experience delivering Workday or other ERP solutions, or a Master's degree with a minimum of one year of experience, or no degree with a minimum of seven years of experience.
- Experience with the execution of projects within a structured agile methodology.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements.
Preferred:
- Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
- Experience working in Federal Government Human Capital Management (HCM) environments.
- Experience implementing Human Capital Management and Compensation solutions.
