About the Role

As a Workday Financials Integrations Lead, you will be responsible for collaborating with team members to understand business needs, leading integration projects, designing and implementing integrations, managing system upgrades, and supporting financial cycles. You will also conduct testing and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure operational success.

About You

Required:

Proven capabilities in Applications Development, Business Process and Workflow Management, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Systems Support.
Expertise in Workday integrations including Workday Studio and custom development using Workday Extend.
Experience with Agile software development and traditional project management methodologies.
Ability to collaborate across functions and prioritize workload effectively.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience related to implementation and management of enterprise Finance applications.
Attention to detail and quality in fulfilling responsibilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
