About the Role
As a Workday Financials Lead (P2P & Inventory), you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and delivering solutions that meet their needs. You will leverage your expertise in Procure to Pay (P2P), Inventory, and Supply Chain to mentor team members and provide thought leadership. Your role will also involve leading workshops, managing escalations, and ensuring that consulting services align with commercial objectives.
About You
Required:
- Deep understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P), Inventory and Supply Chain.
- Excellent customer focus and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to senior audiences.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent consulting skills and experience leading workshops.
- Understanding of risk management within consulting capabilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with Workday Procure to Pay (P2P), Inventory and Supply Chain.
- Professional qualifications relevant to the role.
- Experience in developing and delivering differentiated products and services.
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams.
