About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience leading workstreams in Workday implementations with knowledge in 2 or more areas of the HCM product.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Workday HCM Certification(s) in one or more HCM Modules.
- Experience working in consulting solutions for Fortune 500 clients.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior staff.
- Experience with advanced Excel modeling and developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
