About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience leading workstreams in Workday implementations with knowledge in 2 or more areas of the HCM product.
- Minimum of 4+ years demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 4+ years of exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Workday HCM Certification(s) in one or more HCM Modules.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience working in consulting solutions for Fortune 500 clients.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience mentoring and developing junior staff.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with advanced Excel modeling and developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $107k–$198k.
- Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
