About the Role
As the Workday HCM Integration Developer Lead, you will lead the discovery, design, development, support, and optimization of complex integrations between Workday and external/internal systems. You will manage end-to-end workflows, develop solutions using Web Services, and ensure data security and compliance. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of direct experience designing, building, and managing complex integrations within the Workday HCM ecosystem.
Preferred:
- Workday Pro Certification.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Ability to guide junior team members and influence technical strategy.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing advanced reporting solutions using Workday technologies.
