About the Role
As a Workday Implementation Consultant - Core HCM Lead - Manager, you will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications. You will also mentor junior staff, enhance team strengths, and uphold professional standards while ensuring project success and maintaining exceptional quality.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience in Workday implementations
- Workday Pro certification(s)
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, or Computer and Information Science
- Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably HCM Core and/or Engagement Manager certification
- Experience leading HCM Core workstream with at least three successful Workday implementations
