Summary

Groundswell is seeking a Workday Integration Architect to join their team in McLean, VA. The role involves leading the solutioning, development, and maintenance of HR technology and integration architecture within Federal Government environments.

About the Role

As a Workday Integration Architect, you will design, develop, test, deploy, and document Workday integration systems. You will create detailed integration specifications and turn customer requirements into integration solution designs. This role requires collaboration with Human Resources and IT teams, leading a team of Integration Consultants, and ensuring solutions are scalable and effective.

About You

Required:

US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Workday Integrations Certification.
Minimum 7 years total work experience with 5 years in HCM, HRIS, or Integrations experience.
Experience leading multiple implementations of Workday (minimum 2).
Ability to work with multiple projects and stakeholders.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Great organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Workday HCM Certification.
Experience with Orchestrate for Integrations.
Experience with Middleware (Boomi, Apache Kafka, MuleSoft).
