About the Role

As a Workday SCM Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with EERPS-Workday colleagues and client teams on full-lifecycle implementation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include leading project workstreams, documenting business requirements, providing functional design, prototyping, testing, user training, and defining support procedures. You will work with large enterprise organizations on complex Workday implementations, utilizing Deloitte's adaptive implementation approach, 'Momentum'.

About You

Required:

3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
2+ years experience leading workstreams or small teams.
1+ full life cycle Workday ERP implementation.
Hands-on functional experience.
Proficiency in multiple business processes: Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Procurement, Inventory, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Purchase Order Conversions, Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred:

Workday Procure to Pay certification or capability to obtain upon joining Deloitte.
Experience with other leading Cloud based SaaS SCM applications (e.g., NetSuite, Fusion Intact, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Lawson).
Functional knowledge around SCM systems and processes.
Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
