About the Role
As a Workday Student Records & Advising Senior Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for serving as a functional expert in Student Records, conducting sessions with customers to analyze business requirements, developing solutions, and supporting business development activities. You will also share product knowledge, support Workday Delivery Assurance reviews, and provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience gathering requirements, configuration design, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions in the records and academic advising functional areas.
Preferred:
- Current Workday certification in Records and Advising.
- Recent experience deploying Workday Student Records.
- Subject Matter Expertise in Student Records with experience in a registrar’s office at a college or university.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
