Arrow Electronics is seeking a Workday System Administrator - HR Technology to join their Global HR Technology Team in Centennial, CO. The role involves supporting and advancing the usage of HR technology solutions, including monitoring and resolving HR technology issues.
About the Role
As a Workday System Administrator, you will facilitate the day-to-day administrative requirements of various HR systems, assist in system upgrades, provide support for HR colleagues, perform data audits, and maintain documentation for HR technology. You will collaborate with internal resources to develop user procedures and ensure training materials are in place for new hires.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years working in an HR environment, using Workday.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
- Experience providing customer support to internal clients.
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- 2 years HR Technology experience preferred with direct responsibility in HR systems administration.
- Experience working with Workday, HR Connect, Cornerstone, or SharePoint.
- Experience using problem solving methodologies and structured process analysis.
