- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience in Information Systems or related technical or business fields.
- Experience managing support tickets and collaborating with vendor support teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- 2 years of technical experience with Workday system administration, architecture, and application configuration.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
