About the Role
As a Workers Compensation and Leave Analyst, you will manage all aspects of workers' compensation cases, administer leave programs, and serve as the primary system administrator for AbsenceSoft. You will provide consultative guidance to employees, ensuring compliance and accurate case management while partnering with HR teams to support employees throughout their leave and accommodation journey.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of related work experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship building.
- Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
- High degree of professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations/information.
- Excellent organization, detail-orientation, and follow-through skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Workers’ Compensation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel; ability and willingness to learn new software applications.
- Experience with UKG Pro and AbsenceSoft.
