About the Role
As a Working Student in ECC Membership Services, you will assist with various administrative tasks, including managing member and user setups, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining customer and contact databases, and organizing, digitizing, and archiving customer data. You will also be involved in diverse projects and operational tasks within the ECC Membership Services area, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
About You
Required:
- Current enrollment in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Interest in energy trading and ideally some practical experience in banking or the energy sector.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and thorough working style.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in English with independent language use.
