Vanguard is seeking a Workplace AI Engineering & Architect to join their team in Wayne, PA. The role involves architecting and implementing enterprise-grade Workplace AI solutions, focusing on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform.
About the Role
As a Workplace AI Engineering & Architect, you will collaborate with internal clients to understand business requirements and draft the architectural framework for AI/ML solutions. You will support the deployment of scalable and secure AI platforms, develop architecture specifications, and establish trusted advisory relationships. Your responsibilities will also include applying machine learning algorithms, conducting statistical analyses, designing A/B testing initiatives, and ensuring the performance of AI products.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, automation, or AI enablement.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and enterprise-scale M365 administration.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
